Valentine’s day is just around the corner, and couples all around the world are looking for a perfect suggestion to spend their movie night together. We have just the movie you are looking for. Into the Wind is now streaming on Netflix, and here’s why it’s the movie to watch this valentine.

Why Into the Wind?

The movie is your generic coming-of-the-age teenage romance, where a highly educated girl from a wealthy family falls for a nobody. While Into the Wild doesn’t reinvent the genre, it does stand out in specific ways.

First of all the performance by Sonia Mietielica. Sonia as Ania is the film’s backbone; her stoic expression and occasional smirk steal the show. She portrays angst, rebel, and grief with utmost excellence and grace. Anina doesn’t speak that much throughout the film. But it’s her eyes that convey what she holds deep inside of her, allowing the audience to read in between the lines with nothing except a look in her eyes. The chemistry between Sonia Mietielica and Jakub Sasak is thrilling. You just can’t take your eyes off of the screen.
