“I Miss the Girls I Loved Working With Them”: The Baby-Sitters Club Creator on Shows Cancelation and the Possibility of a Wrap-Up Movie.

Anyone who has invested time and love in a show. Knows how much it hurts when the show you love so much gets canceled. Fans have always asked Netflix to resolve fans’ questions after canceling their shows. And now fans and the show creator are trying to get a warp-up movie made for The Baby-Sitters Club.

Is The Baby-Sitters Club movie in the works?

Last week fans were left heartbroken when they heard that season 3 of the critically acclaimed Netflix show The Baby-Sitters Club is canceled.

But recently, in an interview with Vulture, show creator Rachel Shukert talked about the show and its plausible conclusions. While talking about a warp-up film or a third season for the show.

Rachel said that it will be tricky as the books on which the show is based involves characters of age 16, but in real life “The girls are getting older quickly,” and also if they make a movie where will they stream it.

Even though the show was streamed on Netflix it was made with an outside studio, Walden Media. Who are “wonderful” according to Rachel.

What could be the plot for the third season?

Going forward in the interview Rachel shared her ideas for the third season which not to trigger fans sounds really awesome. Rachel said that she was planning a Super Special in maybe New York while it was snowing (sounds so tantalizing right!).

“It depended on where they would let us shoot, and I was excited about telling a story that would see them into high school — not wrap everything up but honor what we made.” said the show creator while talking about the alleged special.

However she is happy

When asked about how she felt about the show being cut off midway. And if she wanted to do things differently.

Rachel replied with a strong negative saying that the second season ended on a great note. And that she is proud of the cast, crew, and the content they made till the end. “I miss the girls. I loved working with them.” said the creator to end the interview.
