A lot of us find it very difficult to follow our passion, even at a very young age when society expects us to experiment. This decision becomes even more difficult as time goes on and you’re expected to be settled and stagnant. But Alton Brown was ready to leave his very successful career of 20 years and place his bets on a reboot series, Iron Chef on Netflix. Anything otherwise would have “broken (his) heart“. Here’s all you need to know about this massive switch from the popular American television personality.
Why did Alton Brown choose Netflix and its Iron Chef reboot over his long-standing career on Food Network?
Over the past two decades, Alton Brown has been a very important name at Food Network. He built a massive brand over the years and made a name for himself along the way. It won’t be the very same, but Brown has hinted at the possibility of a remake or sequel.
