“You’re entitled to know”- Piers Morgan Goes Uncensored for the Brits, Reveals the Royals Involved in the Prince Archie Scandal
The controversy in 2021 seems to be picking steam once again. Thanks to Omid Scobie and his explosive book, Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival. The book rekindled conversations around the alleged racism inside the royal palace once again. Scobie dropped a bombshell about the royal family and the ex-working royals, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, claiming that two royal members questioned about the skin color of the Sussexes’ son, Prince Archie.
Though the royal author refrained from mentioning the names in his book because of libel laws, Piers Morgan did not. In a recently telecasted episode of his show, did not hold back from mentioning these names, which were “accidentally” printed in the Dutch version of the book.

Omid Scobie’s book hit the shelves on Tuesday in different languages, with the names of the accused members intentionally omitted from all versions. However, it inadvertently found its way into the Dutch editions. On his show Piers Morgan Uncensored, Morgan shared the names as he believed that if Dutch people had access to the information, then so should the British people. He added, “you’re entitled to know, too” to his British audience before revealing Kate Middleton and King Charles III’s names.
The journalist and television personality also added that he does not believe in any of the “racism” claims made for the royal family. And he will not “until there is actual evidence of those comments being made”. With this revelation, Morgan provided a cue for an “open debate” to the audience regarding the matter as they pay for the British Royal Family. Following the accidental name revelation in the Dutch version of the book, Xander Publishers removed the books from the shelves.
The book will be back in the bookstores on Friday following rectification. However, this incident gave an interesting cue to revisit the Oprah Winfrey interview that started it all, and how it led to an exchange of letters between Meghan Markle and King Charles.

One has to be living under a rock to not know about the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview which caused a stir in the royal family. It was in that interview that Markle first mentioned the royal family’s concern about Prince Archie’s skin color. Apart from that, the former actress also revealed that the royals denied Prince Archie his title. Following the bombshell interview, a close source told The Telegraph that Markle reportedly penned a warm letter to King Charles to ease the tension.
The tension, however, only continued to grow between the Sussexes and the royal family. Especially because of the addition of Prince Harry’s contentious memoir, Spare. Even Omid Scobie’s book confirmed that the Duchess did in fact reach out to the king following the Winfrey sit-down. Further, it also revealed how the two had a “respectful back and forth” despite not viewing the incident in the same light.
