In an interview with Hollywood Outbreak in 1990, Schwarzenegger recalled how he genuinely loved going to the Kindergarten set. He commended the child actors who shared the screen with him in the film, describing them as “fantastic” and “very professional.”
The Terminator star expressed delight in seeing these young talents shine brighter than himself in the movie, emphasizing that being outshone by them didn’t bother him at all. Rather, he has even gone on record to say that filming Kindergarten Cop with his little buddies felt like “being in heaven.”
