Will Smith Sends Out an “official statement” Amidst Jada Pinkett Smith’s Book Release Interviews, Here’s What It Is About
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are back to being in the headlines, as if they never left. The credit for this goes to the American actress and mom of two who recently wrote a memoir titled Worthy. For the release of the book, she has been doing interviews with famous hosts and podcast shows these days. These interviews have turned the internet upside down as the Emmy winner made some shocking revelations. From her separation from the Oscar winner to the reason behind they will never divorce each other, she gave an insight into their relationship.
All the while, Will Smith had opted for a pin-drop silence until now. The actor posted a video on his Instagram handle with a title that demanded everyone’s attention.

Will Smith recently posted a video of him while writing “OFFICIAL STATEMENT” in the caption. It seemed the actor had heard his 63 million followers and decided to give in by talking about his side of the story. He started with, “So here’s the thing, so opinion of the…,” and just when the Oscar-winner was about to share his thoughts, he sneezed. Smith’s sneeze spoke more than words ever could. Once again, through his quirky antiques, the actor gave his followers a life lesson.
The 55-year-old also told people that there are far better and more beautiful things in this universe which humans neglect for trivial matters. This is the second post he has shared since his wife Jada Pinkett Smith opened up about their marriage. Both these posts seemingly pointed out that the Grammy-winning superstar does not want to address anything right now.
While not on Instagram, the Bad Boys star did break his silence over Jada’s bombshell memoir through an email sent to The New York Times, and it was just as surprising as the revelations in his estranged wife’s memoir.

Will Smith told The New York Times the memoir woke him up in which Jada Pinkett Smith wrote about her life. He said his estranged wife has been through much more than he actually realized. The actor can finally see the real hero who was more “resilient, clever and compassionate” than he could ever be. “When you’ve been with someone for more than half of your life, a sort of emotional blindness sets in,” wrote the blockbuster star.
Will admitted he should have paid more attention to all the “hidden nuances” and “subtle beauties” his partner had. According to him, they parted ways because he neglected things and did not spend more time with Jada. It is quite surprising how Jada Pinkett Smith’s memoir has caused such massive disruption even before officially hitting the shelves.
