Over the years, Will Smith has shown the world many sides of his personality. While his acting charm usually floored everyone, his humor was also a bonus. However, apart from being one of the world’s biggest stars, certain things leave him at a loss for words too. One of those things is the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles. Although his fans have seen him absolutely lose his mind at their wins, the actor once wrote them a “love letter.”

Earlier this year, his team won their match against the Kansas City Chiefs. While that obviously sent him over the moon, it was his reaction shortly after that showed the world how much of a fanboy he was.

Back in February, the NFL bore witness to a match between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs, who are said to be Henry Cavill‘s favorite team. While the Eagles ended up losing the match, Will Smith had chosen to wish them luck in complete fanboy style. He took to his Instagram to share a clip from his breakout sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

In the video, he could be seen reciting a poem. In it, he compared the team to a “summer breeze” that could make his “soul shiver.”  While the poem was surely moving, it was the caption that caught public attention. The 55-year-old had captioned it, “My Love letter to the Eagles.” While his love for the team came as no surprise, the way he went about it left his fans all over the world snickering.

However, sadly for Will Smith, the Eagles ended up losing the Super Bowl this year. While most chose to let the actor heal his wounds, Snoop Dogg had other plans.

When Snoop Dogg trolled Will Smith

While Will Smith’s love for the Philadephia Eagles is no surprise to any of his fans, the actor was faced with a devastating loss at the Super Bowl earlier this year. In a reaction post about the match, Snoop Dogg trolled the actor and other fans of the team with a hilarious clip. He posted to his social media saying, “Sorry for your loss,” however, he added, “That was a great f**king game. Wild.”

Although it was a low-key roast of Hollywood’s other celebrities, the rapper’s energy matched Will Smith’s excitement for the game. However, there will always be next year’s championship, and knowing the King Richard star, he will definitely go all out again if his team manages to surprise him with a win.
