After the MTV VMAs on Tuesday, NSYNC member Justin Timberlake took to his Instagram to share a video of the band after they had made their reunion official but only to present an award to Taylor Swift. It was captioned, “So five guys walk into an elevator…”, like the beginning of a classic joke. While the video of the group messing around in an elevator definitely garnered a ton of attention from their fans, Will Smith also made a special appearance in their comments section, making a request.
The Men in Black star seemed to share the same sentiments as the rest of NSYNC’s fans. And immediately left a comment saying, “Y’all better be makin’ music in that elevator”, something that everyone else in the comments section immediately agreed with. But while fans will be getting a new song ‘Better Place’ in Trolls Band Together soon, the internet cannot get over their surprise reunion.
From shocking the entire audience to leaving even Taylor Swift in a complete fangirl meltdown, NSYNC made the night for Swift after presenting her the first award for the night.
