If you are a late 80s kid, you would know the name Fresh Prince of Bel-Air starring Will Smith as Fresh Prince. As soon as the actor landed the role, he became a fan favorite immediately. After his successful debut in the series, the Philadelphia-born actor portrayed many iconic characters. However, his Fresh Prince co-star, Tatyana Ali, has nothing but praise for her co-actor.

The 1990s sitcom more or less tells the story of the King Richard star himself. His mother sent him away from a rough neighborhood in Philadelphia to live with his Uncle Phill. Tatyana Ali played the role of Smith’s younger sister. While the world remained shocked by the slapping incident at the Oscars, his Bel-Air co-star said it was painful for her to talk about it, reported Page Six.

While talking about the Oscar-winning actor, Ali revealed he was close to her. She described her co-star in these words: “He’s a beautiful person who has done so much good.” The actress also revealed the Fresh Prince group chat had a lot to say about it. But Ali remained silent when asked about it at Variety’s Power of Women luncheon. This was not the first time people shared their feelings about Smith. A Bel-Air co-star, Coco Jones, also once revealed how inspiring it is to work with the Bright actor.

Will Smith has other major projects lined up for him

Did you know the Suicide Squad star is also the executive producer of the modern retelling of Bel-Air? While he is living his Fresh Prince days with a modern touch, the 54-year-old actor will also appear in another iconic role as Aladdin in Aladdin 2. Moreover, a fan-favorite franchise titled Bad Boys is also coming up with the fourth installment. While fans cannot wait for their favorite actor to appear on the big screens once again, they will also see him in the sequel to Hitch.

The Men in Black actor is also going to reprise his iconic role in I Am Legend 2 as well. With these many projects on hand, the American actor is coming to the big screens shortly.
