Kaylee McGregor, besides being Sydney Sweeney’s friend, is an executive assistant at the Euphoria actress' production house, Fifty-Fifty Films. She has been in that role for the past two years. McGregor is also an actress and has lent her talents as additional crew in movies like Anyone But You and Immaculate, both of which star Sweeney. However, the film industry was not the path McGregor initially had her sights set on. McGregor began her career with a passion for health and fitness.

In 2020, she took Yoga teacher training from Wellness and Fitness Services, CorePower Yoga, and also studied Holistic Health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She spent about a year working as a Yoga instructor and health coach, all while casting her net in the entertainment industry. But it was not until she was hired at Fifty-Fifty Films that McGregor completely dedicated herself to Hollywood.
