One such upcoming project is Chad Stahelski’s Highlander reboot starring Cavill, which still lacks the confirmation of its leading lady to star opposite.

Yet, knowing the online breweries of fan gatherings, a point-blank theory of fan-casting is helping to cue this iconic Tinseltown star’s potential collaboration with Highlander reboot.

Who is the fan-cast leading lady of the Highlander Reboot?

Rumors have it that the actress taking the best bets to feature as opposite to Cavill as Brenda in the Highlander reboot is Ana de Armas. The reason for this fan theory has many backings, including the most interesting one regarding Amazon’s Warhammer 40,000 series. Allegedly, the rumor mills online are hinting at Idris Elba’s joining the series, with Ana de Armas and Karl Urban finding space in that gossip grapevine too. 

Not only this but since de Armas is also playing John Wick’s spin-off, Ballerina, the film series directed by Chad Stahelski, her rounding up for his upcoming Highlander reboot, remains high. Although there are no confirmations from the maker’s end as of yet, given their steaming advances in Hollywood, even if the events do not actualize, the makers might surely consider putting her in the shoes of Brenda to lead the hottest collaboration of the year.

Only recently, one of the Lionsgate Guy Ritchie films of Henry Cavill got an interesting release date. Since Highlander reboot is also under the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, this movie is looking out for a release in 2026. Cavill is supposedly gearing up to play the Celtic warrior, Connor McLeod. The British actor may even bring out his Witcherverse’s swordplay skills to this one for the fans missing the former Geralt.

The shooting plans to begin this year while it also includes an inclination to heavyweight CGI works. Moreover, the movie is eyeing to utilize several characters from the 1986 original. Since neither casting authentication other than Cavill seems to be in the works right now, an Ana de Armas collaboration with Henry Cavill might just turn into reality.
