For the promotions of the same, Greta Gerwig appeared on the Inside Total Film podcast.

In this interview, she talked about her new endeavors and if she is interested in James Bond. In her response, the Oscar-nominated director stated that she never really considered it. At this time, Gerwig wants to stick with her upcoming project Narnia that Netflix offered her. However, she has expressed her admiration for the 007 producer Barbara Broccoli.

So there is a possibility the 39-year-old might join hands with this franchise if the opportunity comes to her. Meanwhile, the chances of Henry Cavill taking the lead might have some problems that he faced 20 years ago.

Henry Cavill does not fit the age criteria for the new James Bond
