The most picturesque location that Argylle’s main characters rendezvous through is Greece. Some instances from its trailer revealed the Mediterranean nation with white houses perched like pearls on cliffs gleaming in gold sunlight. A clip shared on X (previously Twitter) also showcased John Cena’s character, even emphasizing his coffee to be Greek during a sequence that takes place in the postcard-perfect panorama of the Southeast European country.
While the central character in the movie, Elly Conway is American, Dua Lipa’s Lagrange role carries a distinct British accent. So, as expected the USA and England made for the main settings where shooting took place. In the USA, it spanned across a multitude of locations, including studios. Whereas in England the crew is believed to have used the cozy hamlet of Bovingdon besides Greenford and Royal Park studios in London.
Speaking of England, British peeps will get to enjoy some additional perks today and tomorrow when it comes to the Argylle experience.
An immersive Argylle opportunity in London
Earlier this month, an Argylle pop-up experience was announced to take place in London on the 20th and 21st of January. The intriguing experience offers guests a chance to check out props used in the film and even dive into scenes with a chance to enact some. Additionally, it will feature an Alfie the cat-themed giant photo booth, and a smoke illusion room from a pivotal scene. Most importantly, it is free of cost!
