In 2009, Jennifer Aniston sat down for an interview with the Daily Express. The actress opened up about the roles she was open to trying out and casually mentioned that she loved Mad Men. She went on to reveal how that was one cast that she would love to join. She said, “I would love to be in that, it’s great. I love the era. I would love it if they offered me a role.”
The BBC show focused on the story of a New York-based advertising agency in the early 60s. With a lot of screaming and chaos, it went on to become a fan-favorite show, regardless of all of John Hamm’s profanities. While the 7 season drama has since come to an end, a role in the show could have shown fans of Aniston a different side to the extremely talented actress.
Although the world might not have been able to see Hamm and Aniston team up on Mad Men, it looks like everyone got a second chance with the actor joining The Morning Show.
