While Rachel did seem concerned about the unconventional techniques of her friends, Aniston took a new challenge to embrace. The pursuit of recovering from a back injury back in 2021, saw the actress becoming familiar with Pvolve. Swayed over by the self-adjustable fitness reforms, Aniston is now about to star in a global ad campaign for the company. 

In an interview with Health Club Management, Aniston revealed that after being recommended by a friend, she had “fallen in love with the method.” The 54-year-old actress took to the new technique with resistance-based equipment to sculpt, strengthen, and restore the body. Moreover, after working with the company’s head trainer for quite some time, the actress joined the company and became a supporter of founder Rachel Katzma. “I think people are going to love it,” she concluded, hopeful about her campaign.

In the ten years that Friends aired, Jennifer Aniston remained flawless in every scene she starred in. Apart from her ever-evolving and flawless wardrobe, the actress was also keen on her fitness regimen. Following a strict diet, The Morning Show actress’ daily routine involves yoga, pilates, running, jumping ropes, and cardio. She is known to be a fan of the 15-15-15 technique, which involves fifteen minutes of running, cycling, and pilates.

In a further testament to her fitness, her trainer had also said sometimes back that the icon can easily perform a two to three-minute plank. Furthermore, to top it all up, she takes care of her diet with proteins and vegetables. Along with apple cider vinegar, coffee is her go-to drink. This is all packed with a healthy and luscious vegetable-protein lunch and dinner. Aniston closes her day to wake up to another round of fitness.
