With an acting career overshadowed by the royal title she still holds, Meghan Markle is rarely spoken of as a Hollywood actress anymore. Even as her famed show, Suits continues to dominate rankings to this day, she did not get to move on to bigger projects in her acting career. After joining the British royal family, Markle completely retreated from her Hollywood roots. While Markle became a royal with an official title, there are some actors who are royalty even without one. One of them is Brad Pitt.  

Though it would be uncommon for both luminaries to come up in the same conversation, something from their Hollywood careers binds the two together. 

The common link between Brad Pitt and Meghan Markle

In their early days, Meghan Markle and Brad Pitt both employed an acting coach to teach them the ropes that would ascend them to the top of the Hollywood food chain. Well, in both their cases, that coach ended up being Maggie Harber. Last year, Harber told InStyle about her experience of working with both Pitt and Markle. In Pitt’s case, she knew he would be a “star” as soon as he entered her studio. 

Meanwhile, the Suits star, who may be on the verge of a comeback, came across as a “really nice person” and a skilled actress to her. However, she did not know what was “going to become” of the 42-year-old later. According to her, the Fight Club actor possessed the kind of “confidence” and charisma that makes one a big star. Apparently, he had the “it factor” required to make it in his field of work. 

Not only these two personalities, Harber was involved in building the careers of these stars too. 

Halley Berry and Prince were among Harber’s students

In her career, Harber has lent her services to other A-listers like Halle Berry and the iconic musician, Prince. Well, she also had kind words to say for both of them too. She felt that Prince had “a great sense of humor” and was humble despite his enormous star power. Similarly, she had a lot of respect for the Catwoman actress who suffered the inequalities of being an African-American woman, yet still rose to the top. 

Since the age of six, Harber has been involved in theater and acting. After decades of involvement in theater, she became a renowned coach and opened her Margie Harber Studio. In addition to these aforementioned celebrities, she was also involved in the training of Tiffany Haddish and Josh Duhamel. While all her students left a mark on her, Pitt and Markle seemed to be the most high-profile of them.
