The United Kingdom could not limit its high spirits when the military prince of the House of Windsor tied the knot with the American mannequin. Having gone off the record from the traditional royal couples for generations, the unison of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle marked a groundbreaking force of change in the royal household. The world saw it as a fairytale wedding, with King Charles walking Meghan Markle down the aisle. However, their personal wedding photographer, who has witnessed the couple in private, has something more to add. 

Alexi Lubomirski recently said it all to Telegraph in his opinion on why Britishers tend to prefer American photographers on occasion. The A-listed photography had earlier pleased Hollywood bigwigs like Kate Winslet, Gwyneth Paltrow, and others. He thus took charge of the Sussex wedding, getting hoards of admiration from the Duchess herself. However, his statements on the couple lay bare how the Duke and his wife are in private. 

“Every time they looked at each other, I almost felt awkward,” opens up Lubomirski to the outlet. He goes on to add that the way the Duke and the Duchess glared at each other in private, it left him wondering. “I keep thinking. This is so intimate. Should I even be here for this?” were the photographer’s thoughts while he clicked the lovebirds at their wedding. 

“Being around them was very intoxicating,” remarked the photographer speaking of the Sussexes madly in love. Nonetheless, it did not bother him as much since Lubomirski adores clicking pictures drowned in each other’s love.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are a fairytale come true 

Alexi Lubomirski won the admiration of the couple with their overflowing-with-love pictures. Thus, he stuck around, continuing to click the Sussexes once they bore a family. The adorable family picture of four with Prince Harry and Meghan with their little ones for Christmas was also clicked by him. The 2021 invitation card for the x-mas celebrations had the Sussexes all smiles, with Princess Lilibet playing joyously in the Duchess’ arms and Prince Archie tucked in the Duke’s lap. 

Thus, despite all the hatred and criticism targeted at the couple, they are gladly living happily ever after. The public scrutinization and the excessive negative coverage of the Sussexes are far away from their actual lives. The peaceful and private life that they live in their Montecito abode is exactly what anyone has dreamed of.
