It has been years since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle denounced their UK royal residence. However, the stories of them returning to their home ground have always been simultaneously a subject of great anticipation and major debates, especially with King Charles and Kate Middleston's major health setbacks. As King Charles plans to host a family vacation at their traditional holiday home, Balmoral, questions have been raised at the Sussex attendance in the same. 

Although friends and family might still want the retired royals by their side, a royal author has recently shed light on the factors that could make the Duke and Duchess come back to their home.  

For Sussexes, the return bon voyage is now a distant dream "until all bets are off." Or so says, a renowned royal author. Speaking to the Mirror, exclusively, Tom Quinn weighed in on how it is very unlikely of the Sussexes themselves, to grace the family reunion even if the Palace invites them. The reason being the royal riot. According to the royal author, their return to the UK only stands a chance if something “dreadful happens”.

That said, if only there is a family emergency that needs to be attended to, the royals can expect Prince Harry to stand by them. The family reunion does not solely rely on the Palace’s invitation. Talking of the reaction that would come across the sea, Quinn said how the Duchess would not go back on her words to not return to the UK. After everything that has happened in the past, Markle will be “unwilling to go” he said. “Meghan and Harry feel that turning up at Balmoral will put them on the back foot,” he further added.

Needless to say, the denounced son of King Charles has been doing the same ever since he and his wife gave up on their royalty. 

Be it the Late Queen's last call, or King Charles’ cancer diagnosis, Prince Harry had made sure to render off his duties with utmost care. Although Meghan Markle accompanying the Duke for his royal engagements has been a rare sight, Prince Harry has gone to great lengths to maintain good terms with his distant family. Nonetheless, the Duke and the Duchess both know where they belong. 

Things had been a complete black and white for the Duchess ever since. Now the Duke has also successfully joined Markle to pass for a typical American family. The 39-year-old recently declared the United States as his official place of residency. Keeping aside their Palace shenanigans, the duo has been out and about lately, resuming their $100 million Netflix projects with near and dears.
