“We’ll be in the…” – Ryan Reynolds Has Some Major Plans for the Met Gala Night, and It Doesn’t Involve Met Gala, Blake Lively, or NYC
Celebrities wait to be a part of is Met Gala. Each year, they showcase themselves with the most glamorous styles and top-notch fashion. Do you remember Ryan Reynolds’ reactions when Blake Lively flaunted her entire dress at the 2022 Met Gala? How priceless it was! However, this year, fans might not see the adorable couple as the Deadpool actor has different plans that do not involve his wife or the Gala.
The 46-year-old actor has been in the headlines because his club, Wrexham AFC, just got a big promotion. The Canadian actor along with Rob McElhenney bought the club in 2020. Since then, they have been helping the club thrive and achieve success. Getting promoted after 15 whole years is a huge cause for celebration. However, Reynolds and McElhenney do not want to stop.

“We’ll be in the UK. We have some Wrexham business to deal with,” revealed Reynolds when asked about his Met Gala plans, since Lively won’t be attending this year.
It seems Reynolds and McElhenney have made it their priority to uplift their club. For that, they are going to miss one of the biggest nights in Hollywood as well. Well, because of their dedication and consistent work, they have won the hearts of the Welsh community along with the players.
Their love does not stop by missing out on the big Hollywood night, however.

Because the two were outsiders, it was a little difficult for them to make their way into the community. However, with consistent and honest efforts, they could make their place. The Green Lantern star once made a surprising donation to help little kids get their brand-new football kit. Not only by donating but when Wrexham won against Notts County recently, McElhenney even expressed his overwhelming feelings with a beautiful gesture towards Ben Foster.

The Vancouver-born actor surprised the Welsh people in a pub where they were celebrating the big win and added fuel to their joy as well. The father of four loves the community so much that he even bought a house in a Wales village. Paul Mullin once said the owners of the club were approachable and they treated everyone with the utmost respect.

Suffice to say that everyone along with the Welsh people is waiting to see what more this duo would do for the club.
