Ryan Reynolds has been extremely passionate about his Welsh football club, Wrexham AFC. Between not knowing a single thing about the game and changing the game for the club, the Canadian actor fell in love with the sport along with the community.  Ever since buying the club, the actor has been going back and forth to Wales and Canada. Staying closer to Wales made him bring about so many similarities between Wales and Canada.

Canadians are already famous in the entire world for their extreme kindness. The Deadpool actor proudly revealed the similarities between his motherland and his passion land, Wales, while talking on Fearless In Devotion. Given he was already in love with the Welsh community, he praised the Wales people for their kindness. He even shared an example of his friends visiting Wales. They were overwhelmed by the kindness they encountered without revealing their relationship with the 40-year-old.

They say love and kindness go a long way. According to the Vancouver-born actor, the Welsh community is truly living that. He said one cannot fake being this nice because it comes from within. Despite having loud and attention-seeking neighbors, (England and USA) Canada and Wales created a special identity for being kind.

Being Canadian, it is in their innate nature to help others and be kind to people. The same quality Reynolds found in the Welsh community. Therefore, whenever he gets the chance, he supports and contributes to both communities.

Reynolds has established himself as a great actor. He has proved to be a great human being with his philanthropic works. There was a moment when the Welsh community was gathering funds for children’s football kits. The father of four anonymously contributed to the fund and helped the community to buy new kits for the children.

The Red Notice actor also contributed to the foundation SickKids by giving his economic help and the most valuable thing, his time. For his contribution to the foundation, he also got awarded. These are just a couple of examples of the actor’s Canadian-ness.

Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, have been silently giving back to the community whenever they can. And therefore, the kindness and affectionate behavior of the Welsh community towards the actor is a mere reflection of the goodwill within him.
