Ever since the release of HBO’s Emmy award-winning series Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney became the center of attention in conversations. She has not only been bagging great movie roles but is also signing up deals with big brands. In a short span of time, she became the new face for Armani Beauty’s My Way perfume and also racked up other impressive ad campaigns with beauty brands like Laneige and Jergens. Last year, the Sharp Objects actress even became the brand ambassador of the luxury brand of Tory Burch.

Recently, the actress signed another deal with a multibillion-dollar conglomerate for which she even took a trip to Korea. On Thursday, Sweeney finally shared the glimpses from Seoul on Instagram, weeks after her trip.

Recently, the 25-year-old became a brand ambassador of Samsung along with a South Korean rapper from BTS, Suga, and professional footballer Son Heung-min. The White Lotus actress traveled to Seoul, Korea, to make an appearance at a Samsung event that revealed various unpacked Samsung launches. One of the standout products from this event was the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which is supposed to be promoted by The Handmaid’s Tale actress. Sweeney took to Instagram to share several promotional posts, captioning it as “NIGHTSEEING in Seoul! Switching it up in a new city with my new”.

In the posts, she is seen strolling around the capital with the actress Kaylee McGregor. The stars skated, sang songs at the karaoke, and enjoyed delicious frozen treats. Both the girls wore co-ords and Sweeney rocked in a checkered sky blue cropped shirt and a cute skirt. They took many selfies on their $999.99 worth Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. The Euphoria actress also wore a Samsung Galaxy Watch6, which is also one of the new product launches. 

While attending the Samsung event in Korea, Sweeney met many Korean celebrities and even shared pictures with an international Korean singer.

The hype around K-pop and K-dramas shows no signs of fading and has only been on the upward climb. The American actress got the opportunity to meet some of the established names from the Korean entertainment industry at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event of 2023. She posted updates on her social media, asking fans to guess where she is. She also put up a story with a member of the South Korean girl group, Ive.

Jang Won-young, known as the winner of Produce 48 back in 2018, featured in a selfie with the 25-year-old actress. The actress also posted several other stories featuring selfies while also promoting Samsung products. While the entire industry back in America was at a halt due to the SAG-AFTRA strike, the actress made sure to use her time with productive campaigns and (hopefully) make a few international connections along the way!
