Entitled Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Pump Club, all the star had was a handpicked collection of his favorite recipes that he considers “practical and designed for life”. The guide consisted of dishes ranging from oats and pancake items to something as strange as protein ice cream. Adding to the list were items like Easy Ramen, Tuna Fish, Peanut Butter sprinkled like salt in every dish, and fruits like bananas and salad. As is self-explanatory, all his quick 15-minute dishes require no strenuous effort but can result in equally opposite outcomes.
