Matthew Perry and the Die Hard star working in the movie meant they became good friends. A testament to this is the bet they made. Willis made a deal to his peer that if their dark comedy succeeds at the box office, he would star in the fan-favorite sitcom Friends. The film did become a success at the Box Office and the rest is history.

Bruce Willis appeared as Paul Stevens as Rachel Green’s love interest. Unfortunately, their love story remained unfinished, which gave fans the best Rachel-Ross moments to cherish. While one friend kept his promise by appearing on the sitcom, the other one kept the promise of not breaking the bond. As funny as their Chandler-Paul moment was in season 6, their film (and its sequel) also gave fans the same thrill.
