While the announcement may have received a mixed reaction, the actress is once again holding her ground and ignoring any hate. After spending time with her family at their Malibu home, the actress shared a surprise with her Instagram followers.

Jada Pinkett Smith’s Instagram surprise

Recently, Jada Pinkett Smith took to Instagram to share her upcoming plans with her 11.4 million followers. The post featured pictures of the whole Smith family against a sunny backdrop as they spent the day at the beach. From the head of the family, Will Smith, to the youngest of the family, Willow Smith, all the members were accounted for. But the surprise was given away in the caption, where Jada Pinkett Smith wrote “A heart filling Saturday night with the fam✨AND … I got to celebrate the fact that I finished recording my audiobook of Worthy.”

The talk show host revealed plans for an audiobook following the cover of her memoir, Worthy, on Instagram early in the month. She also announced to her followers that it would be released on October 17th. The memoir is meant to give us insight into Pinkett Smith’s life while she takes back the narrative that has been surrounding her since the entanglement incident with August Alsina back in 2020.

While the actress seems to be on her own healing journey, the reaction that she has received has been mixed. But thankfully for her, the support for her memoir has come pouring in while she sets the story straight.

While there might be a lot of assumptions and doubts surrounding the lives of Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, The Matrix actress has decided to set the record straight with her upcoming memoir, Worthy. Over the last four years, the actress has been repeatedly dragged through the mud for a scandal that should have been dealt with privately. But not anymore, as the actress will explain all of it in the memoir which was “emotionally taxing” for her to write.

The actress had said that it would be a journey for the readers and that they would go through it together. From unspoken truths to betrayals to learning to reclaim her self-worth, Worthy will cover the actress’s entire journey right since she was a child. So readers are definitely in for a journey that is going to be filled with emotional moments.
