One of the standout moments from the session was when Ronnie Coleman pushed Arnold Schwarzenegger to his maximum during their workout session. Coleman challenged Schwarzenegger to lift heavier weights and do more repetitions than usual. For instance, he encouraged The Terminator star to complete 12 reps of curls with 135 pounds, which the Austrian admitted was quite challenging for him.

Meanwhile, Coleman lifted the same too but an extra 3 reps, making it 15 in total! Schwarzenegger quipped that this is the reason why he was a “mere seven-time Mr.Olympia” while Coleman had won it eight times.

In addition, the duo offered guidance on form and technique, providing tips on how to engage their muscles effectively and avoid injuries. Schwarzenegger personally shared the video on his YouTube channel. In the video, Schwarzenegger also provides commentary highlighting the significance of training alongside a partner who surpasses your skills. He mentions that Coleman serves as one of his inspirations and he consistently gains insights from him.
