The Kardashians are channeling their inner desi girls. Khloé and Kim Kardashian have been turning heads since they touched down in India. Whether cruising around in a rickshaw or receiving a regal and traditional welcome at their Mumbai hotel, the sisters seemed to be having the time of their lives in India. However, while beholding the sight of these American divas adorned in exquisite Indian attire was a sight for the eyes, it might not have been the crowning moment.

A fashion critic claimed an Indian actress has stolen the spotlight from Khloé and Kim Kardashian at the star-studded Indian wedding.

Kim and Khloé Kardashian upped their desi glam quotient at the second day of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding ceremony. However, Instagram fashion critic, Sufi Motiwala, has claimed that Indian actress, Janhvi Kapoor, has "shamelessly" and "single handedly" overshadowed the Kardashian sisters with her corset and skirt look from Tarun Tahiliani's collection. Motiwala rated Kapoor a "strict 11 out of 10" whereas Khloé and Kim Kardashian scored 10 and 8 out of 10 respectively. 

Kim Kardashian, on day 2 of the Ambani wedding, wore a dusty peach embroidered zari brocade lehenga, which was also from Tarun Tahiliani's collection. Meanwhile, Khloé Kardashian channeled an Indian Barbie in a bright pink ensemble with pearl and sequin embroidery. While fans loved the sisters embracing Indian culture in all its glory, they have also pointed out some hilarious antics.

In a bid to win over their fans in India, Kim Kardashian made a move that had the Internet, especially Indian fans, in stiches. 

Kim and Khloé Kardashian brought along their crew to document their time in India. However, they appeared to be out of their depth when it came to Indian music. On the first night of the Ambani Wedding, Kim Kardashian shared a video where she descended the stairs like a princess in her ruby-red sari and bra-style Indian outfit. However, the music she chose to play in the background was a Punjabi bhangra song titled 'Mundian Tu Bach Ke,' which was completely out of sync with the video's vibe.

Khloé Kardashian also posted a similar video on her story. Although the music she selected for her clip fit perfectly, it still triggered hilarious reactions on the web. Fans claimed that the sisters simply searched "Indian music" on Instagram and grabbed the first two songs that popped up. Nevertheless, despite the harmless jests, fans are obsessed with the Kardashians' never-before-seen Indianness.
