The Man of Steel actor is known to have a muscular and strong physique. This is evident from the hard work and sweat he sheds in the gym to prepare for his iconic roles. One such morning, while the actor was working out at a private gym in Los Angeles, as revealed by him to Men’s Health in 2019, his routine was interrupted by a cameo from Tupac Shakur’s legendary hit ‘Changes.’
The actor further said that he had not listened to the song in several years and that while he was not moved by songs in general, this specific tune froze him for a brief moment. As the song played, the now 40-year-old actor reflected on his English boarding school days in the late 1990s. He described it as “the craziest sense memory” he had as a child when he trusted in himself and was scared of nothing.
While the actor’s love of the gym is well known, his love of old classic music is not far behind, according to his generously shared playlists on his Instagram stories.
