When James accompanied dad Ryan Reynolds for a Wrexham match

Ever since Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over the Red Dragons in 2020, Racecourse has become a second home for their families. The audience is no stranger to witnessing Lively and her kids during several matches of the Welsh side. Not long in January 2023, James enjoyed a gala time with her father Ryan Reynolds as Wrexham played Sheffield United. Meanwhile, the fans witnessed an adorable moment between Reynolds and James as the Free Guy star lifted and cheered his eldest child during multiple moments in the game.

Reynolds even wrapped his daughter in his arms as he celebrated the incredible game. While the game ended at a 3-3 draw, the Red Dragons’ performance surely left the fans on the edge of their seats. Previously, Reynolds even revealed that his daughters and wife are equally passionate about Wrexham. In addition to Lively and James, Reynolds’ long-time collaborator Shawn Levy also accompanied him at the historic match.

Apart from supporting Reynolds during Wrexham matches, Blake Lively stepped up her involvement in the Red Dragons a while ago.

Blake Lively joins Wrexham as sponsor

Blake Lively is undoubtedly a crucial support for Reynolds. In his movies or at Wrexham, Lively stands like a rock next to Reynolds. In May 2023, the Green Lantern actress joined Reynolds on board at Wrexham as a sponsor. Lively’s brand, Betty Buzz, previously announced that they would sponsor the training kits for the Red Dragons this season. 

The actress beverage brand would feature on the training kits of Wrexham’s men’s and women’s teams. Interestingly, Betty Buzz would be included in the sleeves of the women’s team as well. Lively’s brand also enjoys the hospitality rights at the Racecourse. Apart from being a sponsor, Lively is also a huge club fan.
