Jill Goodacre, Victoria’s Secret model, starred in Friends in episode 7 season 1. The One With The Blackout depicted the actress as herself, but her name differed. Though she billed as Jill Connick, the characters addressed her as Jill Goodacre throughout the episode. Fans might remember when a power outage blacked out, most of New York City, Chandler Bing, was stuck in an ATM Vestibule. Soon the character realized he was not with a beautiful woman only, but was the famous Victoria’s Secret model.
In his forever awkwardness, Chandler could not make a move on her. However, when she offered him her phone, he instantly called Joey to tell him about the model in a mumbling voice. “Oh, My God! He’s trapped in an ATM Vestibule with Jill Goodacre” exclaimed Tribbiani while telling their other friends. The two spent the time talking and playing with a pen on a chain after Connick saved choking Bing using the Heimlich maneuver.
While Bing considered himself lucky to spend some hours with this beauty, in reality, Perry adored the episode for a reason which he once revealed in an interview.

Perry told Entertainment Weekly in 2004 that Jill Goodacre’s episode was his favorite. He found it interesting, as he did not have to speak throughout the episode. They prerecorded things, and he was just supposed to react. Also, the presence of the model made the entire thing more delightful. “Let’s face it: Jill Goodacre is hot, so it wasn’t that difficult,” he said.
Another thing he loved about the episode was that he got the chance to see his co-stars. He loved watching the five talented actors doing their parts on the set. Well, it was certainly Perry only who loved this episode, and several outlets have named it one of the best episodes. Purple Clover Magazine called the episode one of the 20 funniest episodes of the comedy-drama, whereas Rolling Stone put the episode among the top 25 episodes of Friends.
