Mandana Dayani, the Iranian-American entrepreneur, played a crucial role in helping Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shift from royalty to Hollywood stardom. As the former head of Archewell, she helped the couple secure all their Netflix and Spotify deals. She left Archewell in 2023 to branch out into other areas. Even though Dayani does not have political aspirations, the 42-year-old rubbed elbows with political VIPs like US Vice President Kamala Harris and Douglas Emhoff.

After leaving Archewell, she began to take activism more seriously. Dayani drew on her experience as a religious refugee from Iran to raise awareness about racism and religious persecution. This activism was what transformed her from being a Hollywood insider to a prominent public figure, making her a regular in elite circles in the US. However, this was not the only loss Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Archewell Foundation saw in the past few months.

While Dayani's loss was only discovered later, this crucial team member of Archewell caused riots as soon as he announced his departure from team Sussex. 

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry faced a huge setback earlier this year. Bennett Levine celebrated for his role as the manager of Archewell and his contributions to the contentious Netflix series Harry & Meghan, announced his departure via social media, saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position at Cinetic Media”. 

This was seen as a major disadvantage for the company, even by outsiders. According to sources quoted by Daily Mail, “It’s a blow to the company. There’s no doubt about that”. And the company indeed encountered significant hardships following these exits, with the latest being labeled as delinquent. Nonetheless, the Sussexes swiftly moved past the controversy and are also about to bring interesting projects with Archewell, proving that they are still going strong.
