Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of those people who also has some hidden pleasures he does not share with the world. The Austrian actor is an amazingly fantastic action hero. He has also been a bodybuilder and still has a rough and tough personality. However, beneath that hard exterior, there are surprisingly hidden talents as well.

Anyone needs a connection with at least one form of art to satisfy the soul. Be it reading, writing, painting, music, or anything that serves you well. But it would be a shocker if Arnold Schwarzenegger’s fans got to know he was an incredible painter. However, he himself considers himself an amateur. In his conversation with Interview magazine alongside Danny DeVito, he was asked about his hobbies. The Terminator actor revealed how as a part of his education, he had painting, drawing, and geometry classes twice a week.

What is more surprising is that the 75-year-old actor admitted he would still make Christmas cards, Mother’s Day cards, and birthday cards for his kids. As he further talked about his hobbies, he revealed he did not have the courage to make the 6-7 feet tall paintings because he believed he was not good enough. Regardless, his interest in painting and music proves the Austrian man is more than just an action hero.

Although his fans would have imagined his taste in music would also be something extreme considering his personality, it is not the case. Schwarzenegger revealed that when he was young, he walked by an electric shop in Graz. They had rock-n-roll blaring, which interested him. He thought it was really cool.

So, he went in there to ask the shopkeeper if he could listen to that piece of music at home. He could not afford to buy the transistor radio. However, the shopkeeper was kind enough to allow him to come back whenever he had the job. He was ready to give it to him on credits. Soon enough, the former governor of California got a job at 14 and bought the transistor radio.

Schwarzenegger revealed he had kind people around him. Therefore, he loved helping people whenever he could. That’s one of the reasons he interacts with his fans as much as he can. Once, he helped an elderly fan whose life was positively impacted after Schwarzenegger’s sweetest gesture.
