It has been more than two decades since Princess Diana passed away. But there is almost no interview where the royals do not discuss the late princess. She was undoubtedly one of the most favored and loved royals among the mass public. While she was no longer connected to the royal family, she remains a loved person to this day.

Today her sons Prince Harry and Prince William stand opposite, with tensions brewing between the royals. But what perhaps remains the same is the shared love for their late mother. In one of the old documentaries, the Spare writer opened up about the one thing that reminds him of his mother even today.

The Royal Prince’ have grown up under the spotlight from a very young age. The world has seen them go through thick and things, even when they lost their mother. But the pain remains raw for them even today. There was a Harry & Meghan: An African Journey documentary which released in 2019. In its first look, the clip showed the Prince talking about how being on the continent reminds him of his mother because of her love for the place.

To top it off, certain things in his regular life would bring back the worse memories that would make him miss his mother. Having to be a Royal means one must be part of the Royal duties, be seen and clicked under the public eye constantly. The Princess was also a favorite amongst the paparazzi, which would be a constant reminder to him even today.

Perhaps one of the most painful moments caught on camera was from her funeral. He and Prince William had to walk behind her coffin as part of their role in the ceremony.

An image that makes Royal followers gasp in emotion even today. Prince Harry only wanted to take her legacy ahead thereon.

The Prince is no longer a part of the Royal family but wants to continue his own work

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle already began setting up their own careers after moving to the USA after leaving the UK. In 2020, they formed the Archwell Foundation, with an aim to uplift communities through offline and online means. He and Markle have worked with several foundations and events through the years, with them keeping Princess Diana’s memory as their motivator for doing good deeds.
