As we all know, Henry Cavill as the Geralt of Rivia is amongst one of the most iconic roles by the actor. Suffice to say, the Enola Holmes star portrayed the character flawlessly. And one of the most important parts of the character was the incredible swords used in the show. However, what if we replace Geralt’s sword with a lightsaber? Well, surprising as it sounds, a picture of Cavill dressed in his Geralt outfit holding a lightsaber sword surfaced online. And undoubtedly, this fan edit has surely brought one of your wildest imaginations to life.

Recently, the Witcher fan site Redanian Intelligence shared a picture of Geralt holding the popular lightsaber sword from Star Wars. Furthermore, he added a hilarious caption to it as he wrote, “May the 4th be with you.” Meanwhile, the post gathered some hilarious reactions from the users as well.

While a few users quoted dialogues from the Star Wars films, another commented how interestingly both franchises are not at their best these days. However, one user had a hilarious reply as he commented, “Well… he won’t be in the 4th… season” alongside a clown emoji.

Throwback to when Henry Cavill sparked speculation about joining the Star Wars franchise

Over the years, we have witnessed Henry Cavill star in a plethora of renowned franchises throughout his career. The Man Of Steel star is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. Owing to the insane fan following, he enjoys often huge film franchises that want to work with him. And previously, the actor once sparked rumors about a new project after he met a Star Wars writer.

As we all know, ever since Cavill bid farewell to The Witcher franchise fans have been speculating about what other franchise could the actor join. While many felt he would join the MCU, the actor previously met Gary Whitta that set the internet on fire. Whitta wrote the popular Rogue One: Star Wars Story. However, as of late, there is no confirmation about Cavill joining any new franchise.
