Netflix ventured into the arena of performances with the face of the biggest controversies of all time. Chris Rock got a chance at his own stand-up special, only this time it was a show. His comedy special was a comeback after 5 dormant years in the arena. Plus, fans looked forward to it since it was the first time post the Will Smith and his Slapgate fiasco. Moreover, at this live event in Baltimore, Maryland, special guests like Abdul Karim Jabbar and David Spade made an appearance.

While Rock’s comedy special was laced with eyebrow-raising topics of Smith and the famous Royal exit of Meghan Markle, the actor might add new accolades to his shelf.

The comedian left no stones unturned after his initial silence. He even took a bold jibe at the recent royal exit of ‘Harry and Meghan.’ He commented about how she married, knowing their persistent racism in advance. He made the classic “trouble with the in-laws” comment and had a hearty dad laugh.

He went a step further and chuckled at the news about the races of their incoming baby, which he countered with his own thought of how black people were curious to guess the color since the possibilities were endless. Rock’s comedy definitely strikes chords, and sometimes a slap.
