This significant gap suggests that Kate Middleton's popularity endures in the US, despite her counterpart's career, high-profile interviews, and public appearances. In the UK, Meghan Markle's popularity has hit a new low, with only 25% of Britons expressing admiration for her, according to a May poll. This contrasts with the rising approval ratings of other Royal Family members. Prince Harry also faces low favor, with 31% of respondents expressing a positive opinion of him as was feared by royal experts.

Concerns about her disappearance from public view amidst her cancer battle have led many to speculate about her health, driving up search histories. 

Meghan Markle, meanwhile, has been lying low-key, except for a few appearances with her husband Prince Harry. This relative quietness might have turned the tables against her.
