Instead, the star is a fan of something called character books.

Fans know that the 25-year-old had a passion for acting from a very young age. Thus, she moved to Los Angeles with her family to chase her girlhood dreams. However, during this whole time, she never took ‘method acting’ to process her characters in shows and movies. Instead, she makes books for each character and goes through a detailed analysis of their life from birth to the end.
“I wanted to make sure that none of my own memories, my own personal life, was in the character,” added Sweeney. Well, it seems the talented actor Adam Brody has someone here to back up his statement about this straining process. Considering both the actors believe that this technique takes a person away from their real self.
