Hoping for the former Suits actress to carry on Princess Diana’s legacy, she felt let down. O’ Neal longed for Markle to embody the same open-heartedness as the beloved princess. Her words reflected a yearning for Markle to fill the shoes of a compassionate and welcoming figure like Princess Diana. Furthermore, highlighting her unfulfilled expectations.

If only this was not enough, Markle expressing her discontent during the UK stay also attracted criticism towards the Suits alum.

Markle’s UK discontent: An unwelcome critique

Descriptions of her discontent in Britain contradicted the excitement witnessed during her wedding, leaving many surprised.
