Sydney Sweeney Is Following Glen Powell as She Takes Her Family to a Special Christmas After Party
Christmas might be the announcer of cold feet, but its coziness and warmth are unparalleled in front of the summer escapades. Every social media feed is currently flooding with updates of the fitting essence of winter shenanigans and celebrations and for Sydney Sweeney, it is also not different. Especially, since December came with the release of her movie, Anyone but You. Jumping onto the thread of holiday festivities, Sweeney has finally revealed her post-Christmas plans.
The spirit of the festive season always desires the presence of the near and the dear ones. And it looks like the stars of the season are ending the year with their kin with a new favorite on their watchlist, Anyone but You, as is visible from Sweeney’s Instagram story. The actress recently took to her social to share snippets from her recent movie outing with the family. For what is worth, it seems that the seasonal traditions are now nothing less than a star-struck moment.

In her story, her family members were seen grooving and lip-syncing with Sweeney. And their unwavering excitement did not go unnoticed either with their t-shirts reading “We <3 Sweeney”. The hype is real and Sweeney’s stance is a clear green light with Natasha Bedingfield’s ‘Unwritten’ as the background score. There is no doubt that their level of anticipation entirely complements her own.
Yet, Sydney Sweeney is not the only one to make this addition to the holiday customs. Instead, she is following the steps of co-star, Glen Powell, in this matter.

The big figures of the box-office sales should align with the festive fun and Glen Powell took the idea very seriously. During their recent appearance for Anyone but You in New York City, the Powell family donned matching elf costumes to cater to the Christmas essence. Glen Powell even shared a video to his Instagram with glimpses of the adorable get-up.
Powell wrote, “It’s nice to be born into a family who shares my affinity for elf culture.” Compiling the quirky moments of the day, the team was seen hopping their way through the streets. They even captured some beautiful pictures with the fans. In the end, a funny clip from Powell’s attempt at climbing an escalator was the winner. But for the bigger picture, Sweeney’s Christmas stories are as much of a triumph tale as that of Powell’s.
