And Sweeney did it once again as she walked the red carpet of 2023 CinemaCon.

The White Lotus actress wore a luminous bubblegum pink jumpsuit to the event. With a pleated bottom and her signature blonde locks, the actress looked absolutely gorgeous. In fact, she even chose the exact shade of bubblegum pink as her lip color. In short, just like Sweeney loves pink, the color complements her perfectly. Her whole look added up to display the ongoing Barbicore trend, eventually adding up to the hype of the upcoming Margot Robbie starrer in July this year.

The Barbiecore trend is a viral fashion staple that a lot of celebrities are following. It points toward the upcoming Greta Gerwig directorial Barbie starring Robbie and Ryan Gosling, which seems to be showcasing a lot of pink color. And why not, after all, it is a real-life portrayal of the Barbie doll which made its way in 1959.

While Sweeney’s presence at the CinemaCon was pretty evident, there was a special reason the actress was there for.

Sweeney recently completed her highly anticipated rom-com with Glen Powell and has started working on her other projects. A few days ago, the Euphoria actress announced the wrap of Anyone But You, which she had been shooting for a long time in Australia. And it was the major reason the actress was there with Powell, to promote her film.

Additionally, Sweeney is renowned for keeping up with the most recent fashion trends, and Barbiecore is going big nowadays. Every subsequent star could be seen wearing various pink hues. It began when last year in December, both Robbie and Gosling were spotted wearing a combination of pink and neon green on the set of Barbie.

The release date of the Sweeney and Powell starrer has not been specified by the makers yet. However, fans are eagerly waiting to see this fresh pair on screens.
