The actress over the past few years has really put herself forth as a bankable star with movies like Anyone But You and Immaculate, while also staying true to her first friend in the industry, Euphoria. Through this journey, a few things have remained constant: her undeniable talent, her trusted stylist, and her ever-present canine companion.

Emmy-nominated actress Sydney Sweeney, coming from humble beginnings, would be the last person to stutter at the classic deserted island pick question as it would undoubtedly be Tank, her canine companion. However, if she were to go to a deserted island now, she would not be able to accompany her, as Sweeney revealed in her interview with Cosmopolitan that she had to get surgery on her leg.

While discussing her summer and how it has been booked and busy, the actress was asked how her designated mental health support had been doing, only for the actress to reveal that she had torn her CCL. Sweeney's rescue dog has often been papped, mapping the globe along with the actress and, of course, has a separate fanbase on Instagram.

With the scrutiny that comes with being on camera, and the obvious anxiety that accompanies it, the greatest stars of Hollywood often find themselves scraping the remains of their mental health. Fortunate are those who find themselves a companion who becomes their strength, and Henry Cavill achieves this equilibrium with his dog Kal. Much like how Sydney Sweeney crowned her dog as her mental support, Cavill in a 2021 interview with Lorraine, appeared with his dog to shine a light on just how much of a support he has been.

Named after Superman himself, Cavill's dog is an American Akita, who often features on the actor's very homely Instagram. While Kal is Cavill's own, the actor also shares more poodles with his partner, Natalie Viscuso, proving more than anything that no matter the person, dogs are truly the most loyal companions.
