Sydney Sweeney and Drew Barrymore Play Matchmakers for Their Dogs in an Adorable Fashion
Ever since her breakout role in HBO’s Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney has gone on to become one of Hollywood’s favorite actresses. While the 26-year-old has been adored by the public and her various co-stars, she has proved that she can leave anyone with a good impression. Apart from her dive into serious films lately, the actress recently proved that she has kept her humor intact even though the last film, Madame Web, had not done well at the box office.
After meeting Drew Barrymore for the first time a few months ago, the two stars teamed up to play matchmaker for their two favorite beings in the world, their dogs.

With Euphoria season 3 running into more delays, Sydney Sweeney seems to have a lot more free time on her hands these days. Before the actress filled up her schedule again with more new projects, she ended up making her way onto The Drew Barrymore Show. While the 26-year-old had dropped jaws as she walked onto the set, her attention seemed to be more focused on the 49-year-old's dog, Douglas, who they tried to set up with her dog, Tank.
After a brief introduction and a few head scratches, Barrymore revealed that her dog had lost his girlfriend of 11 years, before asking Sweeney if she had a pairing in mind for her adopted stray. Luckily, the 26-year-old had come prepared with her dog in the dressing room upstairs. While she wanted to plan a little meet-cute for the pets, the 49-year-old claimed that Douglas would not work like that before adding that he was "all in."
While it might have been an adorable way to kick off the show, it was not the first time that Sweeney had taken her rescue dog along with her for a public outing.

In 2015, a few years before Sydney Sweeney shot into the spotlight of Hollywood, the star rescued a female pitbull mix named Tank. Although most of the world has grown to fear the breed, she proved that it all depended on how you raised and treated the animal. While it might have started as a pet and owner relationship, the 26-year-old revealed that the pit was a service animal to help keep her anxiety in check.
With service animals being a common way to ease mental health problems, it should have come as no surprise to fans. However, some people claimed that Sweeney was faking Tank's emotional support status to receive benefits that she already had.
