Every time there’s a royal reconciliation train headed, there is always an obstacle that shatters the track. This time, as King Charles and Prince Harry give a chance to their severed ties, developments do not sit right with elder brother, Prince William. The brother turned arch-nemesis, who probably shares the most bitter estrangement with the Duke. Back before the tell-all projects unleashed their wrath on the royals, the brothers were still seen walking shoulder to shoulder, for instance, at the Queen’s funeral. However, the Netflix Bombshell and the memoir were the family’s last straw.

Leave alone the Prince of Wales, recent developments suggest, sources close to Palace officials have dismissed the 17the September meet between the sire and the spare. Exclusive reports by Daily Beast revealed that nothing of such sort is going to happen in reality. Royal insiders and acquaintances of the King and the heir have “scoffed” at what they call flying rumors. 

Another acquaintance of the Prince of Wales added to the comments stating there are chances that the father and his youngest might reconcile. However, getting Prince William back is still a distant dream, if the Duke sees it. The source further added how the Prince of Wales still feels betrayed by whatever the Duke revealed in his record-breaking memoir. Anonymous insiders had previously stated to Beast, that “…William is still absolutely disgusted by what his brother has done“. 

Despite the damages caused by Prince Harry, King Charles has always held the door open.

Doubts cast over King Charles and Prince Harry meet with rumors still going strong

With his London return aligning with Duke Dusseldorf’s tour end, chances are the two might settle their feud. The Duke is said to be dropping off at his hometown on his way back to California from the Invictus Games. King Charles too has rescheduled his France visit, which comes a couple of days after the Duke touches base.

 His wife, Meghan Markle, however, is highly unlikely to accompany the Prince for the peace talks. She is to fly directly home to California after the Invictus Grand Finale. With the speculations hitting the ceiling, everything comes with a great pinch of salt. Neither the direct palace officials nor the Sussex spokesperson have revealed anything about the same. Nonetheless, the meeting being termed a “secret meeting” only adds more to the curious anticipation of the crowd.
