Staff Labels Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as "Best bosses" Despite Claims of Them Promoting Toxic Workplace
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry- besides being accused of disloyalty for trashing the royal family- are now also being labeled as toxic bosses. The couple, particularly Meghan Markle, recently came under fire for allegedly mistreating her employees in a report from The Hollywood Reporter. However, soon after that bombshell report hit the press, some supporters of the Duchess stepped up to bat for her. Just recently, another ally came forward with kind words for the Californian couple amid the scathing allegations.
A staff member hailed the Sussexes as the best employers, which negates all the previous claims about them promoting a toxic workplace.

Following the accusations from The Hollywood Reporter, a group of former and current staffers reached out to Us Weekly to shower praise on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Us Weekly also reported an Instagram note from a current employee that shot down the claims about the couple, describing the Sussexes as “Best bosses.” The report featured comments from Prince Harry’s former Chief of Staff, Josh Kettler, who famously left the role after just three months on the job. Kettler mentioned that he was “warmly welcomed” by the couple.
Another former chief of staff, Catherine St-Laurent, shared with the publication, "The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me." Ben Browning, a content chief who played a key role in the Harry & Meghan documentary on Netflix before moving on to another position, stated that his experience was “positive and supportive". Browning also mentioned that he is still friends with the couple. This is just the second report this month debunking the bombshell report.
These rebuttals came after some insider clarification from the Archewell Foundation, which clarified the accusations of staff mistreatment.

According to GB News, sources from the Archewell Foundation denied the report by The Hollywood Reporter. One source explained that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry usually work from home, and since their firm is based in Hollywood, the "circumstances" for this controversy just are not there. They added that none of the Archewell employees would support these claims. "It's total nonsense," added the source.
A different source responded to the claims about Meghan Markle allegedly sending early morning emails to her staff in anger. They confirmed that no one has received such communications from the Duchess and stressed that, even if they did, Markle has stated that employees are not obligated to respond outside of standard working hours. While the Sussexes have been taking some serious backlash over these claims, it looks like their supporters are ready to back them up against the critics.
