As the 2022 Oscar slap gate completed its one-year anniversary a while ago, it seems like Will Smith’s career is slowly picking up its pace. The Men In Black actor’s career suffered severely following his controversy with Chris Rock, with a plethora of his projects on hold or sidelined. However, now he is slowly redeeming himself with his work. A while ago, the actor made his comeback to the screens with the movie Emancipation. And months later, Smith is gearing up for another project as the actor was spotted filming yet again.

Bad Boys is perhaps one of the most popular Will Smith films there is. Despite the countless films he has been a part of, the actor’s role in the buddy cop movie remains a classic. Not long ago, Smith announced his return with a fourth installment of the popular film series alongside Martin Lawrence. And it seems like the actor is all set to return as Detective Mike Lowrey as pictures of him working on the film surfaced online. The 54-year-old actor was in Atlanta a few days ago filming Bad Boys 4. Smith seemed to be in great spirits in the pictures that surfaced. The actor donned on his detective outfit wearing a buttoned up shirt, dress pants and a bow tie to pair it with.

Meanwhile, Smith posed to the camera in between the takes. As indulged he was in the role, it was difficult to understand whether it was Detective Lowery or Smith who was smiling. However, whatever the case may be it was surely an exciting sight to witness the King Richards star back.

Smith first starred in the film back in 1995 and instantly won over hearts with his role in the film. Bad Boys is one of the most successful film series of all time with a massive box office collection.

We are all aware of how popular the Bad Boys film series is among the masses. And ever since Smith announced the film, people have been eager to witness the iconic detective duo back. As of late, not much is known about the fourth installment about the movie.

Reports by Deadline suggest directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah will return at the helm as the front runners. Vanessa Hudgens will reprise her role alongside Smith and Martin Lawrence. For now, there is no release date for the movie. However, in the meantime one can surely checkout the first and second installment of Bad Boys on Netflix.
