From hilarious behind-the-scene snippets to glimpses of her chemistry with her co-star, she has shared it all, making fans eager. But it might surprise fans that the shooting of this film was not as funny and adventurous as it seemed on the internet.

The latest interview reveals the Euphoria star had a death-like experience during production.

Sydney Sweeney screamed her soul out on Anyone But You sets 

Sydney Sweeney recently joined Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show to promote her film Anyone But You. During the conversation, she revealed a spider bit her during the film’s shooting. The actress recalled she and Powell were in the middle of a scene when this happened. “I’m supposed to be screaming, but then my screaming got a little serious,” explained the American star.

Sweeney continued that the team thought she was trying to make the scene more serious, and they did not cut. So she stood there screaming with the spider on her arm for some moments while others watched. “That was, like, a soul scream. I thought I was gonna die. Well, I was like, ‘It’s poisonous. I’m gonna die,'” added the Emmy-nominated actor. However, Powell soon realized she was not acting and asked the team to cut the scene.

Though the scene was cut, the team checked on her if she was fine but later poked fun at her with a quirky message.

Anyone But You team named Sweeney Spiderwoman 

Continuing the conversation, Jimmy Fallon mentioned the report the medical team rolled out about Sweeney’s well-being. The host showed the card which read “First-aid Sydney Sweeney (cast department) bitten by Spider, now Spiderwoman”. Upon this, the actress revealed the team had no idea that she was a part of the Spider Universe project, Madame Web.

The White Lotus star rejoiced to see the note of how things linked unknowingly. Besides this, Fallon also showed the clip from the set when Sweeney started panicking and screaming at the top of her lungs. So when fans finally make it to their seat in the theatre on December 22, they should remember she did not act in this scene at all!
