Ryan Reynolds is the People’s Choice Award-winning Canadian star while Drake is famous for popularizing singing and R&B sensibilities in hip-hop. Both Canadian artists have their own fields of expertise. One is a stunning actor while the other makes people shake their bodies with his music. Additionally, Reynolds has been in the industry longer than the rapper. Although both stars are huge names in the entire world, only one of them won when the Canadian basketball players had to choose between the two.

Despite the Deadpool actor having a huge fan following, these players sided with one of the most influential rappers in the industry. But there is a twist here as well.

Is it not tough to choose between two of your favorite people belonging to an entirely different world? While Drake creates amazing music, the 46-year-old actor has no connection to it. On the one hand, the Free Guy actor makes beautiful, hilarious, and brilliant movies. But Drake is far from that idea. Yet, regardless of the differences, both actors have one thing in common: they are both artists. Therefore, when the Canadian basketball players were asked who was their favorite Canadian; the majority of them chose Drake except for one player.

The ‘Best I Ever Had’ singer rules the hearts of most basketball players but one. Out of 14 players in the clip, only Dillon Brooks chose the Maximum Effort owner. After seeing Brooks choose the Green Lantern actor, fans went gaga over it. Fans of the 27-year-old player showered love on him. Brooks is famous for his excellent body control. Now, him choosing Reynolds added to fans’ list of admiring the player more.
