While Hugh Jackman enjoyed the title in 2008, following a short hiccup by Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds went on to take the crown in 2010. The two now find themselves fighting for a similar title once again.

However, Glen Powell and Ryan Gosling seem to have made a competitive enough unit of their own as of recently. The duo first came into being as a producer, compared Gosling and Powell and made an arguably unpopular statement about the latter being better than the former.

While Glen Powell swiftly came to the rescue while putting respect in Ryan Gosling's name, the comparison had already caught eye, and them competing against each other for the title is proof of the same.
