However, the trainer has just created a novel manner of working out that incorporates the powerhouse duo’s businesses.
The trainer took to social media to describe the most unusual workout, which included Reynolds’ Aviation Gin and Lively’s Betty Buzz.

Saladino solidified their friendship even further when he posted a video on his Instagram account for day 16 of his holiday fitness challenge, which featured Aviation Gin and Betty Buzz. The task was dubbed “BETTY BUZZ/AVIATION GIN PISTOL SQUAT.”
The trainer was seen holding both Lively’s effervescent mixer tonic water and Reynolds’ Aviation brands gin. He went on to explain how to do the squat correctly without “having knee issues.” Furthermore, in his post, he recommended his followers try the actor brands to use “them as a counterbalance.” This post further confirmed that the trio had an incredible bond outside of the gym as well.

While all of this is admirable, the trainer also shared ideas on how to manage your food urges throughout the holiday season with the general public.
In an interview with The Sun, Saladino highlighted that a person should eat before going out to supper with their loved ones. Furthermore, he said, “It is good to have a real meal 90 minutes to two hours before you are going to a holiday dinner.” He went on to say that, often, people forego eating anything during the day before a dinner party. This leads to overeating, which results in weight gain.
