Focusing vehemently on the prime members of the Royal household, it delved into some of the bombshells unleashed based on the royal biographer’s perspective. 

The reason why Meghan Markle “never wants to set foot in England again”

It has been some time since the Duchess has set foot on UK soil. The last memory resides in her attendance during the Queen’s demise. Prince Harry and Markle had stayed there till the funeral ceremony. However, since then, the Duchess has not visited the royal premises and there is a reason why.

According to Scobie, the reason for not revisiting England is clearly that Markle “never felt at home”. While Markle’s stance on the same is yet to be recorded, the perspective could be a bit overriding.

The real reason for Meghan Markle’s absence at King Charles’s coronation

While the truth behind Meghan Markle not feeling “at home” in the UK is a churner, it also jots a lining to her absence from King’s coronation. As per reports, the Duchess failed to attend the coronation ceremony owing to Prince Archie’s fourth birthday. 

Although Prince Harry made it to the royal affair, it was more of a brief call. However, according to Scobie’s report, the true reason for Meghan Markle’s absence was her disapproval to “dive back into the soap opera of the court”.

Ever since the fallout between the Sussexes and the Royal household, the drama between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle has grown manifold. While it was expected that the pair would bond, they never really hit it off. Following the order, the excerpts also unveiled the reason why Kate Middleton “shudders” and “giggles” with Markle’s mention.

Apparently, a friend of the Princess revealed how she spent more time “talking about Meghan… than with Meghan”. A hint at the serious tiff between the sisters-in-law was also witnessed over the row of bridesmaid dresses at the Sussexes’ wedding.

Even though Kate Middleton’s affinity to Meghan Markle is infamous, she often took the responsibility of bonding between the brothers. However, Omid Scobie’s book highlighted how the couples exchanged Christmas presents with each other despite their equations.

Assuring at first, he also wrote how the exchange was limited to present only. Reports suggest that there were no other forms of communication for the festivities, to the extent of not even exchanging a text message.

Prince Harry’s crushing question for King Charles

Earlier this year, a property gifted to the Sussexes by the departed Queen for their wedding had to be evacuated. Both the Duke and the Duchess confirmed their evacuation from the Frogmore Cottage. According to the serialization, Prince Harry allegedly begged for the allowance to use the property in Windsor State during his trips to the UK.

Furthermore, he also posed a question to his father, “You don’t want to see your grandchildren anymore?” But this was not the sole occasion of King Charles brushing off his son as he did something similar yet again.

The father-son relationship had gotten foggier for many reasons, including Prince Harry quitting as a working royal and his American sojourn. However, he had once made a desperate plea for a meeting with King Charles, but King Charles had allegedly turned down his request.

Not only that, but he had asked his assistant “to get rid of him” with an excuse of being “overworked”. Apparently, only three weeks down the line, Prince Harry’s tell-all memoir, Spare, was released.

Even though the King has had only a handful of visits from his grandchildren, Markle and Prince Harry ensure to keep him updated. As per the excerpts, the couple reportedly sends photos of Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie to King Charles.

For his 75th birthday, a specially recorded birthday wish video by the children was sent to him. Prince Harry also happened to have engrossed himself in a lengthy phone call with the monarch after months of not being in contact.

Prince William’s “newfound passion for the Crown”

Ever since Prince Harry’s memoir saw the light of the day, the tarnish on brotherhood has been profound. Following the revelation of Prince William’s physical attack on Prince Harry, the cuts have been deeper. Scobie writes that the Prince of Wales has labeled his brother as an “outsider”.

This came as a catalyst for being disappointed by the Duke’s choices as well as a turnaround reaction to his memoir.  But even more, evidently owing to his own “newfound passion for the Crown”. 

Prince Harry has moved on without “an apology or explanation”

Although the thoughts of reconciliation have crossed the Royal realm quite a few times, it had a catch. Prince Harry had previously revealed in an ITV interview how “the ball is in their court” while addressing a demand for an apology.

However, according to Scobie, the Duke has moved on. Not only that, but he is also ready to forget without “an apology or explanation.”. Prince Harry’s stance at this point is more like, “who cares, right?” as long as things turn out well.
