In the 11th episode of season 4, The One with Phoebe’s Uterus has a lot of interesting things. However, the speech that Monica gave to Chandler became the highlight of the entire series. In the season, Chandler had a girlfriend, Kathy, who was previously Joey’s girlfriend. Therefore, he was afraid to get intimate with her, worried that he would not be able to “fill Joey’s shoes“. But after receiving encouraging words from Monica, Ross, and Rachel, Chandler finally decided to go for it.

But he could not satisfy Kathy and once again, Chandler came to Monica and Rachel to get some advice. Now, this was where things got interesting because at this point Monica made him understand how to please a woman. Monica drew a picture of a female body and explained 7 important erogenous zones. She also explained to Chandler not to rush and hit all the zones.

After learning from Monica, Chandler successfully satisfied Kathy. Kathy was in a frenzy, so much so that she even came to Monica’s apartment to thank her as well. So, which were those 7 erogenous zones? Those zones were ears, lips, neck, breast, b*tt, inner thighs, and v*gina. As per Monica’s instruction, hitting these zones properly and slowly would definitely give a woman an orgasm. Suffice to say, this episode revolutionized how female pleasure was seen in pop culture.

If you were given a choice to be a surrogate for someone, would you do it? Well, the opening scene of the episode saw Frank Jr. and his wife asking Phoebe to be their surrogate. Monica, Rachel, and others suggested she should meet her birth mother since she gave up Phoebe and her twin sister, Ursula. Therefore, she went to meet her birth mother who gave her a puppy. She wanted Phoebe to understand how hard it would be to give a child.

After going through the turmoil in her mind, Phoebe finally decided to be her brother’s surrogate. Despite realizing how hard it would be for her, she wanted to make her brother and sister-in-law happy.
